A Poem for Father's Day
My Dad takes me around the world
My Dad flies us to Jupiter
My Dad plays football with me in the Super Bowl
All in his bedtime stories.
My Dad taught me to cycle
My Dad taught me to fish
My Dad taught me the differences of right and wrong
All in real life.
My Dad works hard for a living
My Dad loves us all so much
My Dad is a superstar
At least he is to me.
My Dad is gentle, yet strong
My Dad is kind, yet firm
My Dad is wise yet funny
My Dad is everything for which any child could ask!
I love you Dad, Happy Father's Day.
